SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

STANDARD LOCAL COURIER (4-5 business days) @ $5: Once your order has been received & processed, it will be shipped out and couriered within 4-5 business days (Mon - Fri). A notification will be sent to you via email / SMS when your order is ready to be shipped and picked up. For a smooth transaction, we encourage our customers to fill in all necessary details (Name, Phone Number & Address) clearly before checking out their shopping cart.

We do not deliver to areas such as: Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Sentosa & Jurong Island & non-residential areas.

*Please kindly expect delays for higher peak delivery periods such as PH / festive season from our respective courier partners.

EXPRESS LOCAL COURIER FOR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES ONLY (NEXT DAY DELIVERY) @ $15: SOS! We understand that sometimes our mummies urgently need our covers so we're offering an express next day courier delivery service. Once your order has been received & processed, we aim to have it delivered and reach you within the next working day. As we engage a 3rd party courier service, do take note that our business days are strictly from Mondays - Fridays and we do not offer express service on weekends. *All express orders placed on Friday will only be fulfilled the next working day; Monday.

For a smooth transaction, we encourage our customers to fill in all necessary details (Name, Phone Number & Address) clearly before checking out their shopping cart.

*Please take note that we do not offer express deliveries on Public Holidays. All express orders placed day before PH / PH will only be processed and picked up on a working day, for delivery the following day subject to availability of slots. Therefore, we encourage our customers to place an order before a PH.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO MALAYSIA (7-14 working days) @ S$20: We offer shipping to all states in Malaysia. Please take note that the rates shown do not include customs fee, clearance fee or duty tax & etc which may be imposed by destination customs. Kindly take note that the receiver is required to pay if there are any extra charges once shipment has arrived at the said destination.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES?:

Currently, we are only offering international shipping to Malaysia. For all other countries, please reach out to us directly at admin@cradleandsuckle.com for us to check on a shipping quote for you.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?:

Yes, we do! Spend S$120 in a single receipt and receive free standard local (SG) shipping - within 4-5 business days after the order has been processed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our products are manually inspected for flaws before they are listed online. All sales are final and any exchange is subject to the defect. Defective products (NON-LTP range) such as tears can be exchangeable. As our fabrics and prints are licensed and manufactured in small batches for our brand, please allow a ±5% tolerance in fabric printing. The covers are also handmade & sewn. Hence, no two products are exactly the same. Exchanges are therefore not allowed for tolerance in fabric printing and sewing.

For hygiene purposes, new / unworn / unwashed products may be exchanged for another cover (of the same price or higher) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer. All items received must be intact and returned back in their original packaging. 

EXCHANGE / REFUND OF SALE PRODUCTS

All sale purchases are final and not exchangeable / refundable. If however, there are defects as stated per above, please reach out to us via email with a photo of the defect admin@cradleandsuckle.com. If the product is out of stock and we are unable to do a 1-1 exchange, we will issue a refund in store credits valid for a year.

Please note: Our team will review the product(s) to ensure the condition of the product(s) and will respond to you within 3 business days. Products that have been worn / washed will be deemed non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

*All exchanges will be done via registered postage only. We do not offer drop-offs / self-collection.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and revert to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
