SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

STANDARD LOCAL COURIER (4–5 Business Days) @ S$5

Once your order has been received and processed, it will be shipped and delivered within 4–5 business days (Monday–Friday). A notification will be sent to you via email/SMS once your order has been shipped and picked up by our courier partner.

For a smooth transaction, we encourage our customers to fill in all necessary details (Name, Phone Number & Address) clearly before checking out.

We do not deliver to areas such as Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Sentosa, Jurong Island, and non-residential areas.

*Please kindly expect delays during peak delivery periods such as Public Holidays and festive seasons from our respective courier partners.

EXPRESS LOCAL COURIER FOR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES ONLY (Next Working Day Delivery) @ S$15  

(Orders must be placed before 12 noon)

SOS! We understand that sometimes our mummies urgently need our covers, so we are offering an express next working day courier delivery service.

Once your order has been received and processed, we aim to have it delivered within the next working day. As we engage a third-party courier service, please note that our business days are strictly Monday–Friday, and we do not offer express deliveries on weekends.

*All express orders placed on Friday will only be fulfilled on the next working day (Monday).

Cut-off time: Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery.

Therefore, we encourage customers to place their orders before a Public Holiday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO MALAYSIA (7–14 Working Days) @ S$20

We offer shipping to all states in Malaysia.

Please note that the rates shown do not include customs fees, clearance fees, duty taxes, or any additional charges that may be imposed by destination customs. The receiver will be responsible for any additional charges incurred once the shipment arrives at the destination country.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES?

Currently, we only offer international shipping to Malaysia.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we do! Spend S$120 in a single receipt and receive free standard local Singapore shipping within 4–5 business days after your order has been processed.

DELIVERY ISSUES – WRONG / INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to arrange for redelivery. A flat redelivery fee of S$5 will apply.

If your parcel cannot be retrieved (e.g. permanent delivery failure or loss of parcel due to an incorrect address), no refunds will be issued. The full cost of the product(s) and original shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our products are manually inspected for flaws before being listed online. All sales are final, and any exchanges are subject to defects.

Defective products (NON-LTP range), such as items with tears, may be exchangeable. As our fabrics and prints are licensed and manufactured in small batches exclusively for our brand, please allow a ±5% tolerance in fabric printing.

Our covers are also handmade and sewn; hence, no two products will be exactly the same. Exchanges are therefore not allowed for slight variations in fabric printing or sewing.

For hygiene purposes, only new, unworn, and unwashed products may be exchanged for another cover (of the same value or higher) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

All returned items must be intact and sent back in their original packaging.

EXCHANGE / REFUND OF SALE PRODUCTS

All sale purchases are final and are not exchangeable or refundable.

However, if there are defects as stated above, please reach out to us via email with a photo of the defect at admin@cradleandsuckle.com.

If the product is out of stock and we are unable to do a 1-to-1 exchange, we will issue a refund in store credits valid for one year.

Please note: Our team will review the product(s) to ensure the condition of the item(s) and will respond within 3 business days. Products that have been worn or washed will be deemed non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

*All exchanges will be done via registered postage only. We do not offer drop-offs or self-collection.

For enquiries regarding exchanges, please email us with your proof of purchase/order number and reason for return at admin@cradleandsuckle.com.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
